Re: Indigestion, heartburn or acid reflux?

Krik's message is rather old. I am not sure if she will see my response.
I just wanted to tell her I know exactly how she feels about her heartburn...whatever. I was in the same boat. I got exactly the same symptoms as Krik. Never had anything like it in my life until maybe the 3rd time I did liver flush. the next Liver Flush I reduced the grapefruit juice, reduced the oil. Nothing helped the hearburn or indigestion or whatever it was, came back for several days after doing the liver flush. I would wake in the middle of the night with this very uncorfortable ( and painful, kind of )feeling I had never ever experienced before.
I had to stop doing the liver flushes, as each time I did one, the heartburn would take longer to go away, and some nights I was unable to sleep because of it.
I now have more respect for people when they say they have heartburn. I don't know how they can bear it. Yuk.
