okay, I'm going to assume it's not a stuck stone but rather digestion turned off and so unable to handle flush. That means heating therapy to dissolve the mucous. Odd that you have it in your throat and not your tongue. I wonder if you've been exposed to arsenic in the past.

So, ginger tea, India Spice tea, copious amounts. Preferably fennel or rhubarb tea too, or a combo, and consider taking aloe vera. Use cumin to spice your foods as much as possible. Avoid raw totally, except for the carrot/apple/parsley/beet juice, preferably with lecithin.

Don't eat anything until you feel good strong hunger.
