Re: About the Green Tea Chai

I'm curious. What's the amount of caffeine in Green Tea? I ask because I've always been highly sensitive to caffeine, though back in the day (well.....3 months ago) when I'd do sushi, I'd usually include a cup of Green with my meal and have no reaction. Of course, back in the day I also had a Pepsi every other day or so and didn't have the major reactions I would with a cup of coffee or black tea. I'd like to think I could handle a weak cup of this tea once or twice per week without worry of hurting my kidneys with too much caffeine, no? And, can you drink it with a snack, say some buckwheat crackers and nuts? I mean, it won't hurt the digestion of these things since it's actually a digestive aid. Do I have that right? So much to learn. So much to learn.

Regards,
JF :o)
