I just read your post and was wondering if you could tell me why white bread is tolerated better then whole grain.
I have gluten intolerance and prior to discovering this I noticed that my 'healthy' whole wheat bread made me cramp but when I 'cheated' and ate my hubbys white bread I didn't cramp.
Now that I have done a lot of healing, I also tolerate sprouted and fermented grains/breads. But even a bite of whole grain or partial whole grain will make me cramp for days.
