how can i gain 3 poinds

Hi Shelley, how are you.
What can i do to gain about 3 poinds without adding bad foods to my diet. When i started taking birth contril pills i lost about 10 poinds and now 107 poinds (i'm 5'3). And it's been hard for me to gain. Thank you.
