regarding the colosan...i can't find it in canada. so i have to order it from the US which is gonna take a week...in the mean time awhile i'm waiting for that..is there another colon cleansing formula i can take such as Triphala? I've also noticed there are other forumula's out there with aloe and other herbs as well...i dont want to start yet on the P& B shakes because my intestines burn and hurt and cramp..so i want to wait till these symptons subside before i start on the P&B as well as the enemas.
