hoooo boy Jennifer! Yep, a fast would be very wise. Have you read my fasting notes?
I don't know your body type/Dosha so I'll make this appropriate for any Dosha:
Make only 2 master cleanse drinks a day, one for morning, one for evening. You should have no more than 2 lemons a day, probably only need 1. You shouldn't have more than 1 tablespoon of maple syrup a day, so portion appropriately. You can use Stevia. You should use Cayenne tincture instead of powder. Some of your drinks should be warm, heated, with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar added.
You should make the Potassium Broth and have that at least every-other day. You should add a good celtic
Sea Salt to it, and make sure to take in at least 1 tsp of this salt a day.
You should get some good spicy teas - Yogi Tea's india spice; green tea chai; Egyptian mint; or Traditional Medicinal's Ginger Aid. Dandelion would also be good.
If you have a juicer, drink at least one large glass daily of:
Carrot
apple (just one or half)
beet (just half a day)
parsley (as large a handful as you can manage)
You need to do extensive colon cleansing, but NOT laxative tea! Very weakening. yuck. Burroughs knew nothing about the colon.
Your best options are:
Colosan to start
Psyllium/bentonite to continue
Enemas/Colonics concurrently with both.
You can do one salt water flush a week.
You need to do a bit of candida management. That means "Fungal Defense" for two weeks followed by megadoses of probiotics. Wait until your colon is clean and you can do frequent enemas before you do this.
Stay on this protocal as long as you can, then go on to a limited diet of nothing but kichadi, soups (see morrocan soup recipe) and cleansing salads and protein shake and all of the above. This is when you should start taking tons of liver herbs and a good EFA oil 3x a day and start preparing for a series of liver flushes.
For your veins, your diet should include lots of garlic and onion, including raw occasionally.
Hope that makes sense! ;)
