I screwed up.

I think I am finally depressed about Monte. So I broke down and had mountain dew and 2 bags of chips from subway instead of the wrap!! AAAHHHH! But MAN it tasted good. I dont regret it.
Can I still flush tomorrow? I can do enemas or what ever to get this crap out of me. Willl that help? Ive been doing the bluperum and malic acid for a week. So Im ready except Iwant to make sure this little oops wont mess up my flush. It is 2pm right now. SO I have 30 hours till flush.
