Oxypowder /Colosan does say that we absorb some of the magnesium as usable magnesium, so that may have been contributing to your magnesium needs. Sweating would definitely deplete you of potassium! Definitely go back to the lecithin, take it 2x a day if you can, just eat it from a spoon. very good for the spinal column! :)

Don't worry about chlorine - the trade off you get from exercising is a much greater benefit than the chlorine issue. :)
