I know you have so many people asking for your help but I could really do with yours, as you yourself have cured yourself of Acne - which is my problem.

I just dont know what to do anymore.

My diet - I am pretty strict, I have great willpower actually! I have no dairy, or meat, or wheat. I try and eat a portion of oily fish three times a week, with a large green salad (covered in olive oil and lemon juice).

In the evening i have only been having a pint or so of juice which is usually : beetroot, celery, ginger, cucumber

I also sometimes eat nuts, the odd jacket potato.. and LOADS of water (ie about 4 litres a day!)

On top of this - I have been doing enemas twice a day, coffee enema once a week and have just started the salt water flushes.

I did one Liver Flush back in Feb and got out 50 odd stones, but have not been able to do another one yet.

I was taking Julias herbs, Cpois and GCG but ran out of them about 2 weeks ago and I have no money to buy anymore.

I have ordered some good probiotcs to help restore the good bacteria but I am at my wits end, I just do not know what else to do.

I will continue doing Liver Flushes etc but what else can I do?

I am thinking of doing a 2 months juice fast (with mainly veggies) as I know it is hormonal as I am 23 and also get things like greasy hair which I think is hormonal.

My funds are very limited, I just dont know what else to do.. what do you think of the fasting idea? Thanks shelly... you are so kind helping everyone out here ;)
