Don't worry, a similar thing happened to me when I first started juicing. It was all part of the liver healing. My skin turned quite orange but now I'm fine, it's fine, all is good. :)

The juice still gives me a pretty fast transit time and very interestingly colored, very soft stools, but that's no worry. I just make sure to take a break, and I try to remind myself to "chew" the juice rather than guzzle it down. That warms it up and starts the saliva flowing, very necessary part of digestion.

you might want to consider having the beets only every-other day, and only 1/2 beet at a time. You only need about 2 oz or less of beet juice as it has a very powerful action on the liver. And occasionally switch the juice to include Celery for the natural salts, since Pitta people tend to lose more salt in their sweat.
