Waiting another week to flush.

Hey Shelley, wanted to let you know that I was going to wait another week for that next flush. Major detox since the first one and adrenals sorta down. I supposing it was a very successful flush. Wnat to do another but I believe in letting my body tell me when. Today I have this sinus cold thing going.
I saw in a previous post that you believe adrenal fatigue comes from the clogged liver. Makes sense. Do you have any notes on this and are there any other adrenal experts on this forum? What other ideas do you have for adrenals?
