I tried this same cleanse a couple years ago. My mom gave me the left overs because it gave her gnarly diarrhea. I experienced the same gnarly diarrhea. So, maybe you want to be close to a toilet if you try this product, and be prepaired for a lot a loud sounds. You might want to stock up on toilet tissue too!
