Chemical sensitivities

Hey Shelley,
You are just such a great resource, hope I'm not taking up too much of your time.
My hx is 10 years of candida (after long term Antibiotics for acne), severe insomnia, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, and chemical sensitivities.
I just read in your post about EFAs for chem sensitivities- my most severe response is to cigarette smoke, and earlier you mentioned flax oil as good as good for lots of other things.
Since I'm concerned about the estrogenic effect of evening primrose oil, I'd like to stick with just flax oil.
Is this appropriate? How much do you recommend?
Should this help with my severe response to cigarettes and alcohol? (even a tiny bit is a problem- like soy sauce. Actually, its anything fermented, even vinegars).
Should I also take ACV? I'm afraid to b/c of my response to vinegars and sauces.
Thanks!
