Re: Colonics and emotions - I was a Happy Mung Bean!

G'day everyone,

Just wanted to add to this - I had my first colonic last Saturday - YAY! - and the next day I was SOOOOOOO happy!! Just a general feeling of euphoria. My husband called me a 'happy little mung bean' all day. It was amazing. I am usually happy anyway, but on Sunday I was smiling at everyone I passed down the street. He he!

An update - I am trying Shelley's suggestions for my skin, I have suffered moderate Acne for about five years now (I am 30) and I refuse to go on accutane. My skin has definitely gotten better since I started my internal healing program of P & B Shakes, Liver Flushes and so forth, although I think I still have a way to go yet.

I will keep you updated!
