Colonics and emotions

Yes, the bowels can hold in a lot of tension and emotions, and releasing toxins allows better circulation and energy flow, including CHI energy. When these light energies are flowing better, our emotions, which are also light energy in addition to being electro-chemical-neural, flow better too. When such energies are stagnant, anger, frustration, moodyness result. It's hard to feel balanced and totally sane when our chakras are blocked. Blocked physically means blocked energetically.

And as an added bonus, having a really clean colon does wonders for the root chakra, which does wonders for sexual responsiveness! ;) Tweet
