being doin bodybuilding for a while now"i have candida".im gona start using a supplement.considering using a protein shake it has 70% protein and 30% carbohydrate plus its vanilla flavoured!then there is pure creatine which is tasteless so probably no Sugar in it!!what would you recommend?do you think carbohydrate drink would be risky?although creatine is reported to cause gastro upsets.
