I don't know anything about endometriosis, but presumably you have an excess of estogen? Well phytoestrogens which are the natural estrogen mimickers found in many foods are very weak - about 1000th of the human hormones. As such when they enter the body they block the reception of the human hormones, thus in effect *lowering* estrogen.

There is a post about a page back on "phytoestrogens" which tells you everything you need to know.

Flax does contain phytoestrogens, but it should *lower* estrogen levels (effectively) not raise them.
