I currently take two:
I have a bottle of Spectrum's EFA's, which has both Flax Seed and Evening Primrose mixed together that I use as a butter substitute. It has to be in a dark, opaque bottle and refrigerated - all Flax and good EFAs must be refrigerated. You cannot cook with them but they'll stand up to hot cereal after it's cooked. :)
I have a bottle of Solaray's Evening Primrose Oil in capsules - the oily kind, like Vitamin E, that I take each morning because I often forget to eat anything that requires the flax oil, and I forget to just down a tablespoon! My morning routine currently leaves a lot to be desired LOL! :)
Many CureZone members like Udo's Prime, which is a blend like Spectrum's, and I'll probably try that one next.
Fish oils are also wonderful, but I"m wary of those because if they don't do it right, the good stuff breaks apart and there may be mercury. When I find a "pharmeceutical grade" fish oil I'll give it a try.
