Some questions re ideal flush:

1)when do you stop taking the bupleorum before the flush? When do you start again if you are doing the miniflush followed by second flush?

2)what are the directions/proportions for a 'heavily salted' SWF?

3)what do you do/take in between the min flush and second flush?

4)What time can you drink water till (want to try not to throw up this time!)?

5)you mentioned before that I should try to limit the oil intake. How much do you reckon I should try?

I know that I am asking a lot of questions and requesting a lot of time and info from you at the moment. Thankyou for your willingness to give.
