And so even juices count as snacks in between meals? I only have a bit, say just over 5 oz before each meal. Is this still a problem?
Also, in my other list of questions (!) you suggested that I double the amound of Bentonite in my p&b's. Is this necessary (to prevent damage to sensitive gut), or only an ideal (to make it twice as effective?), as I am spending money at a rate of knots at the moment and so would prefer not to use my Bentonite so quick!
