I've been looking for milk substitute also. Soymilk, ricemilk sound great, but they all (maybe most) have carageenan in it, which known to cause cancer. So I don't buy them because I haven't found one without carageenan. They don't alway say on the ingredients but it's there because when you open and drink it, it's kind of thick. Fresh soymilk or ricemilk (i've made myself which is a pain in the butt) is not thick.

if anyone know any soy/ricemilk that has no carageenan, xantan gum, etc, please post it !!
