Re: congested liver and high blood pressure

Unfortunately, no one really knows exactly what causes HBP. it's a systemic issue involving many components, including the liver, diet in general, genetics, nervous system.

The herbs should not affect the blood pressure, if anything, they should help, especially Curcoma because it is a blood thinner. Blood thinners are usually a good thing for HBP. Raw onions and garlic also help with this.

Exercise, especially yoga or aerobic, the Water Cure , discovering and eliminating allergans, false foods (especially salted ones), are good things to do. Also good are EFAs as prostaglandins play a major role in how the body constricts blood vessals, and EFAs feed prostaglandins.

How was your cholesterol level?
