congested liver and high blood pressure

I am 31 and never had any high blood pressure problems. Today I went to my MD and he tells me my blood pressure is 134/80. Boarderline, but high for someone my age. I have many liver related problems. Can a congested liverled to high blood pressure. High blood pressure runs in my family (both parents). I currently eat a moderate amount of salt, and suffer from anxiety sometimes. Can taking julia Changs GCG, coptis and chinses bitters affect blood pressure? This is all I am taking right now.
