Hi Shelley it's Robin with the swollen ankles & D problem. The symptoms for B6 deficiency (except for the acne) sound exactly like me. I just returned from the natural market & got the stuff for P&B shakes so I'm ready to start. But once I was at the store I wasn't sure whether to get psyllium husks, psyllium husk powder, or psyllium seed ... I had to make a decision so I ended up with the powder. Also, got the liquid chlorophyll. So now do I eat as normal? Or should I be doing some type of fast and if so, for how long?
