4th Flush - Feeling Ill Three Days Later
Shelley,
I did my 4th
Liver Flush on Monday. As I stated, I passed very few stones. I was feeling great up to the flush and felt great all thru the flush. I did the Julia Chang flush so I only drank the oo/gf at 10:00 p.m. I also took Coptis and Curcuma to ensure no stones would get stuck. On Tuesday morning I drank one liter of warm salt water. About 15 minutes after beginning that drink, I had a regular bm. It contained no stones but I noticed it was at least 2-3 shades lighter than normal. It was very, very light brown when it is usually dark brown. I had one or two "fluid" bm's after that and then did not have the urge to go to the bathroom after 10:00 a.m. that morning. All my subsequent bm's have stayed that very, very light brown color ever since. What is up with that?
I felt great all day on Tuesday. Took my usual supplements to include P&B to pull out toxins, including enema. I also took Colosan earlier in the day and used a foot pad that night. On Wednesday, I felt great a majority of the day. I took a detox bath in the early evening and felt great coming out of that bath. About two hours later I took a P&B shake to pull out any remaining toxins. Within 30 minutes of drinking the P&B, I felt extremely nauseaous. About 30 minutes after that, it was time to go to bed. By this time I was feeling pretty bad to include weird muscle pains in my left leg. I woke up this morning extremely dizzy and with a weird feeling throughout my entire body. I made my Superfood drink first thing and that helped things a bit. I am now not so dizzy but still have that weird feeling throughout my body. I feel "off". It is so weird that I felt great until I took at P&B shake last night. Any thoughts here?
Do you think it has anything to do with the very, very light bm's I have had since the liver flush? Your thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks.
Raymond
