I did my first flush Friday night after a lot of preparation and boy, did I dump some toxins. Got out about 500-1000 stones, burning rectum big time, and super bad healing crisis. Biggest stone was about marble sized and has now melted down and turned hard as a rock. 3rd day and still having some residual but made it through Yoga. Did a salt water enema today to release some of the toxins from my system. Hey, stay with it and Lord willing, we'll both get there. Hopefully next year, we'll be helping others get past their crisis.
