Ileo Caecal Valve Out of Balance

Hi Shelley!
I had a quick question for you - my Ileo Caecal valve (I guess it's the valve that goes between the small and large intestine, but you probably already knew that) has been out of balance for awhile. My chiropractor did tests and determined that was the problem. So now food sits in the small intestine and rots, and I get constant headaches and fatigue. I think it happened because of all the parsely I was eating to alkalize my body...I ate like bunches of stems everyday, and my chiropractor told me that plant cellulose can jam up the valve. In any event, the more parsely I ate, the more the problem got worse. So now I've stopped doing that, but I still feel terrible.
So how can I correct this problem?
