With blending I mean whirling in a blender, yes, and that is done usually at high speeds.
You can eat bananas, but limit the intake and consume them pref. if you already have candida in check.
It's better to eat them directly without blending them in shakes or anything like that (like I said the usual high speeds of the blades alter the protein shape).
For people not suceptible to
Acne and no health problems, blending bananas shouldn't be a problem (I'm suceptible to
Acne but I'm sitll able to eat them in limited amounts). But optimally they shouldn't. Juice with quality juicers like Omega, only low speeds, hypoallergenic and also you can add the pulp later to get the benefits of it including the fiber.
Note: I'm mentioning
Acne and bananas as an example here, there are other conditions and related foods.
A tip when eating good
Sugar is to consume oil (only healthy oils like coconut, udo, fish) to slow down the absorption of the
Sugar of fruits to prevent the insulin spikes (as you may alredy now this is one of the main factors contributing to the decline of our health).
