I would never recommend things blended (very comon to make "healthy" recipes and blend the mix), fried or cooked at high temperatures.
When you blend things at high speeds(for example, an excellent super food like egg yolks) you change the delicate protein shape and when it gets into your body it cannot be broken down properly, the protein doesn't "match" the enzymes (and we're talking about people with digestive problems). Then, the undigested protein just passes by to cause disaster (like triggering immune responses, ALLERGIES,etc)
Try eating banannas vs. blending them with anything. If you are
Acne prone then you'll see what I mean.
Also DON'T COOK OR REHEAT with the microwave, it alters and destroys the delicate organic structures of food and turns minerals into cancerous substances.
Switch to a normal oven (heats with resistances).
If you juice, get an Omega Juicer, the best one... the one that "masticates" the food at low speeds.
A friend of mine asked me why when he reheated pizza in the microwave suddenly he felt very nauseous, wanting to throw up and produced a lot of very disgusting gas.
I'm a underweight person, currently trying to gain weight (fighting candinda (and seborreah dermatitis), clearing my skin and preparing to do a
Liver Flush after I finish the GCG).
Here are "clean" recipes for you people with sensitive digestion and skin:
- Orange Juice from 2 oranges(*only freshly squeezed or extracted)
- 2 Raw Omega-3 Egg Yolks
- 1 or more Tbsp of
Extra-Virgin Olive oil
Mix everything by stirring and NEVER blend. drink immediatly. Take pancreatic enzymes too. I shouldn't worry about candida at all with the orange Juice, I'm under treatment and it's working great. The Juice provides protein and vitamins (yes it does), the yolks provide CLEAN HEALTHY CHOLESTEROL MUCH NEEDED to prevent depresion, think clearly and be healthy (I take 4 yolks a days and I don't have high cholesterol, despite the fact that doctors say that 1 egg yolk has more cholesterol than the recomended daily amount). The oilve oil provides FA's (and the calories you need!) and SLOWS down the absorbption of the
Sugar so you don't get the insulin spike you would expect from it.
Another one:
-1 Probiotic Yogurth
-2 Raw Omega-3 Egg Yolks
-1 or more Tbsp of Udo's Choice Oil Blend
Again, stir only. take your enzymes too.
Too keep candida in check:
- Fungal Defense (the best)
- Oragano capsules
- Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
For the moment don't use the egg whites they contain nutrient inhibitors (the yolk is like the "fruit" if you consider the egg as a plant) and a peptide that binds to biotin preventing its absorption.
