Need help for sinus infection please!!!

Hello,
I have had a plugged up nose all week and I think it has developed into a sinus infection. I don't want to go on an antibiotic. Do you have any suggestions for me please? I am rinsing my nose out and drinking alot of fluids, Colloidal Silver .
BTW I did a Liver Flush friday night even though I was sick and I had a great flush. About 100 stones!! I was very suprised. I didn't use Epsom Salts this time. I did 2 enemas in morning and 2 enemas in the afternoon. What a suprise. Now to get rid of the sinus infection. Thanks for any help!:)
