Flushing out your sinuses is a great thing to do. To do it really well, tho, you have to be either standing on your head or lying on your back with a pillow under your shoulders so your head falls back. Use salted water. Salt will clean them great.
If you want a stronger antiseptic, you can try adding some grapefruit seed oil to the water, studies show that it is stronger than colloidial silver.
It's also imperative that you cleanse the colon and liver, preferably with a coffee enema, and a detox bath would be great too. The general rule is, if one path of elimination is clogged or in trouble, you have to clean the other paths, because somewhere there's a blockage that's causing one path to do too much work. And when there's infection, the single most powerful thing you can do for the immune system is to cleanse the colon. It's better than echinacea.
