When your body cleanses like that, you really need to take it easy. I little light exercise like walking, yoga, trampoline or dancing around the room will certainly aid circulation, but nothing more than that! Think of it as inner, non-invasive surgery and be kind and gentle with yourself for at least half a day if not longer. :)
The stone is a good sign that you have toxins in your colon right now and circulating thru your lymphs and bloodstream, as you say. That means you need to support elimination systems best you can - P&B shakes, enemas, dry brushing, detox bath, and as always, drinking lots of water and not eating a lot. This is also the time when
coffee enemas are appropriate and very helpful.
It also helps to support the body's natural resources by taking in vits and minerals, things to support the alkaline. Best cleansing/supporting drink I know of, besides fresh-squeezed juices, is:

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
dash of cayenne pepper
grade B maple syrup to taste
