Re: When to do enemas and do healthy people have toxins?

heheheh I can understand your reservations. :)

Colonics temporarily upset the balance this is true, but once your colon is cleaner the balance is quickly restored to an even better balance than before. As long as you eat green leafy veggies, other veggies, and perhaps some organic, unsweetened, yogurt, you'll quickly rebound. If you do a series of say, 6 colonics, your tech person usually has live acidophilus that she or he can implant after you've been flushed out. I did that and it was fantastic. :)

I like enemas a lot becasue what goes in the rectum is just this teeny tiny tube. For a colonic to both put in water and take out water they put in TWO tubes, quite thick. I'm amazed I, a tiny person, can take that in! but I can! And they don't change it for the size of the person, either!

Dogs will cleanse by diarrhea (blech) and vomiting, which is why they eat grass sometimes, to force themselves to retch. Ayurvedic medicine actually includes vomiting as a kind of purge/cleasne but I refuse to do it. Blech.

Easier ways that you might be okay with is the Salt Water Flush which gives you butt pee but only very temporarily, and consider a mono-diet of nothing but Kichadi (mung bean and basmati rice stew cooked indian style) and raw veggies for a couple weeks. that plus herbs can be very cleansing! :)
