you need to start out slow with the Primal D. it causes die off as it cleans and repopulates your GI tract. drink lots of water- and maybe just start with one a day and work up slowly. this is what i had to do, you have to be patient. PD is great stuff- but if the body is toxic- you'll need to start slow and work up. Tweet
