Toxins in body after Candida cleanse!

After having taken 6 rounds of Antibiotics in 2 years, I did some research into Candida and did a cleanse in December (taking Fungal Defense and Unikey's YC-Cleanse). I had horrible die off reactions that were brought in check by taking activated charcoal.
So come January, I drank a bunch of milk and the symptoms returned. I researched milk and realized why that was a bad idea to drink all that milk!
OK, so late Jan I went back on Fungal Defense. But then I just felt worse after a few days.
Then for all of February, my health went out of control. I was tired, headachy, and what scared me most was yellow deposits by my fingernails...possible jaundice.
I started to drink unsweetened cranberry juice and water by the gallon, and slowly things got better.
I beleive that with all the activated charcoal, my intestines were so clogged that all the toxins were being reabsorbed and slamming my liver into panic mode!
So I want to get this Candida under control, and I started taking Primal Defense (working up to 6 times a day).
But today, day 2 of the Primal Defense, I noticed how the tiredness and headache have come back. After accidentally eating something that had aspartame, my body felt extremely sick again!
So my question is: is my condition probably caused by the sluggishness and constipation of my intestines causing toxins to be reabsorbed into my body? And is taking the Primal Defense a good idea? Lastly, if the toxins are piling up in my body, how can I get rid of them besides drinking the cran water?
I am so sorry that this is such a long message, but when I'm suffering I'll just do anything to feel better - that includes writing long posts, I guess :)
