Yeah, people love to point at the Hunza's because they do live very long lives, but all native peoples have tons of problems when subjected to the SADiet. The Hunza's are fascinating to me because their water is so full of mineral sediments! They never get mineral deprived.

Definitely oversimplifying. Unfortunately, tho, thanks to pollution and the eradication of forests, a healthy lifestyle just isn't the protection it used to be.
