I have a couple of questions...

1. Is there any good reason NOT to use natural soap ocassionally for an enema? (I think it is really fatal to most bacteria, so I would think it would be good idea if you're using something like k dr. brenners, and don't do it too much).

2. how about apple cider vinegar for colemas?

3. I hear a lot about restoring the electrolyte balance to the colon, but not quite clear on how to do it (I have been using colema board at least twice a week lately, and started on Colosan, which is JUST TOO GREAT FOR WORDS, I LOVE IT!!!).
So I am little concerned with that topic. I have been reading Jensen's book on your recommendation (THANKS!!) but didn't get that far yet.

4. On one of your posts about stages of candida, you made a lot of sense about making sure what stage of candida you're in.
I actually think I am in the second stage, and have ordered some of the books on candida, so in the meantime, would you have any suggestions as to WHAT to do in the second stage? (I also posted a question in that thread)
