Re: Any advice on self tooth removal
Dear auroma,
I'd suggest going to a public dental facility if you can. If not, and you can't afford to pay a dentist, you might be able to ask one if they could do the extraction for you at cost price since the tooth is in such poor condition.
In the meantime, try to relax the back of your head if you can, particularly the area where your head's attached to your spinal column. This area can accumulate a lot of tension and toxic material if it doesn't get enough rest and nurturing.
If you can do them without too much pain, you should also do some gentle neck stretches: centre to the left, hold at left; centre to the right, hold at right; centre to front, hold at front; centre to looking up, hold looking up and try to relax the throat while looking up.
The tooth you mentioned is related to your lungs and your breathing. Relaxing your throat and chest while breathing may help the tooth stabilise. Relaxing your chest while breathing may sound strange, but it's actually the diaphragm which should draw air into your lungs, not the lungs themselves.
Your lungs should be initiating your breathing when you're doing physical work, not when you're relaxed: when you're relaxed your diaphragm should have the control of your breathing. The deeper issue is the cause of your tooth decay and that's something that relates to every part of your life, so it's a big task to tackle it if you want to.
I hope this helps you,
