Good advice, but its very difficult to know for sure. I can feel the pain of the candida in my colon - specifically the decending and where it meets the transverse, but I'm sure it is not confined just to the colon.

You are right about the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) being hard - not so much on the kidneys, but on the whole body. I feel really, really drained this 4th flush, which I certainly didn't last time.

I guess there is a price to be paid for going water skiing without a permit.

The idea of doing a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to start off cleansing sounds like a good one, because it is certainly powerful, and also not something you would want to repeat (too often).

BTW I bought a 2 quart enema bucket set up on your advice. I'm a bit scared to try it, but I'm sure I'll pluck up the courage soon.

Thanks for all the help Shelley.
Don't know where I'd be without you.
