Sometimes it helps to work with an EFT therapist if you are not getting results. A therapist can help you stay on track and make sure you are not switching issues. It is very important to tap very specifically on one issue at a time until you feel it is a zero on the SUDS level. Have you been very specific about the issue you are trying to resolve? Doing EFT on "this anxiety" or "this deppression" will not work very well. If you need some help give me a buzz.
