I've spent some time with EFT, downloading and printing out the materials from Gary Craig. I mostly stuck with things that I felt were very much based in my emotional life, such as insecurities around people and issues with relationships. I felt they would be most responsive to change given the nature of EFT theory.
So far, I really can't say I've had any success with this. I would very much welcome any advice from the people here. Any ideas for those individuals who are not responsive to EFT techniques? Are there alternate but related therapies that I might want to look into?
