Re: WONDERFUL NEWS!!!
"because the intestines have become too acidic and irritated, it forces the outer lining of the intestines and the lips (remember the GI track includes the mouth and lips) to be replaced or shed too quickly."
I think this is very good information. Do you have any other info on what is going on specifically in our intestines? I am guessing that everybody's intestines are too acidic. Maybe if anybody out there in the world with normal lips was to suddenly tear the top layer off their lips, they would have the same problem as us? This would be because the acidity of the intestines would now have an effect on the healing process of their lips because its all part of the GI track. The acidity would cause the healing to malfunction, i.e the skin being shed to quickly.
However, I'm not convinced that changing our diet is the only thing to get the acid down in our intestines. It seems that all of us have a similar cycle of peeling, which is never aggrivated by acidic foods, it just takes the same number of days to peel. There must be some sort of medication or herbal formula to decrease the acid in our intestines?
I am planning to get a stool sample done. I'm hoping that it reveals the same kind of things that your stool sample did.
