Owen (or anyone)C enema?

I remember reading a post heading in some forum on Curezone that said "Vitamin C enema". I have searched every forum that I thought it might possibly be in, with no luck. I give! :o)
Do you know if it is possible to do a C enema, and if so, how and what kind of C? I would really like to do this if possible, but I am afraid to try it without information from someone more knowledgeable than I.
