Hello who's ever did you manage to do one of those vitamin c enemas ? I found ascorbic acid in water so acid that is started stripping my dentine/enamel on my teeth and giving me toothache. Moral being get vitamin c beyond your mouth and into your bloodstream asap, and brush your teeth very quickly if taking orally.
