I do however beleive each individual uses nutrients differently. But as far as dosage goes, an average scorbate producing mammal makes magadoses throughout the day and under stress produces up to ten times normal amounts! Although large amounts may be used up quickly I beleive this serves a purpose also as a free radical scavenger and a detoxification agent making bile flow and dissolving crystalline matter!
