The reason I am inquiring about food state vitamin C, is because I am treating myself for adrenal fatigue and after reading Dr. Wilson's Adrenal Fatigue book, he said that ascorbic acid must be taken with bioflavanoids in order to be absorbed properly by the body.
I was thinking of taking 1 GOL vitamin C tab, with 1,000 mg of buffered vitamin C three times per day with meals for optimum absorption. What do you think?
