In my view, GOL (Garden of Life) is a reputable company making all natural supplements; again, since most nutrients are derived from natural sources they are more bioavailable; unfortunately it can become pricey but I think if you can afford its one of the best brands to use. All the GOL supplements that I took/take did very well with meridian test assessment.
Personally I'm shifting away from pills and will be trying everything in liquid ionic form as my digestive system is not up to par and cannot properly absorb all nutrients unless they are cell ready.

Here's the pricing and it would be taken in conjunction with buffered ascorbic acid. Even though it is only 500 mg per 3 tabs, I have read that 'food state' vitamins do not need larger doses to be absorbed.
