Depression is quite a easy condition to cure or keep well under control with alternative methods. I got my aunty off drugs which she had taken in total for 20 years just with a B-Complex 100mg Time Release. He must come off the drugs asap because these drugs cause more of the symptoms they are supposed to stop. Look at the admissons now about suicide rates going up with these drugs. When people are depressed or stressed they use up massive amounts of Vitamin C. Vitamin C in the body is produced and stored in the Adrenal Glands located at the top of the Kidneys. Unless someone does Mega dosages Vitamin C (not many) then they are already in a SubClinical Scurvy state. Tell me where these people get the extra Vitamin C needed to cope? THEY CAN'T! Therefore more problems set in as well as joints, muscles and bone problems. By taking Megadosage Vitamin C at a minimum 10 grams a day this will make a dramatic difference. He don't need them drugs anymore once the B's get working and a Vitamin C program is undertaken. Its all in his head you must make him believe otherwise to get the ball rolling. I suggest he takes Vitamin C to bowel titerlation then lower it down but never below 10 GRAMS a day.

They do say with any anxiety, stress and even exercise a course of 15-25 grams a day divided by 4-6 dosages should be undertaken.
