Re: good for you owen !!!!!
Hi TBO,
When I read Pauling's book back in
the '70's, he listed Bronson
Laboratories as a good source of
vitamin C. I've been buying it from
them ever since. Their website is:
www.bronsonvitamins.com Their
order line is 1-800-235-3200.
Since I take a lot of vitamin C every day, I prefer crystals or
powder to the hard tablets. I buy
two kinds of vitamin C from Bronson:
The sodium ascorbate crystals which
are non-acidic (Product #50), and
the vitamin C crystals of reduced
acidity (Prouct #51). You can also
buy pure ascorbic acid crystals
(Product #49). A pound of each of
the crystals costs around $18.00.
A kilo costs around $36.00.
I take 4,000 mg, four times a day.
Each time, I take 3,000 of the
sodium ascorbate crystals and 1,000
mg of the reduced-acidity crystals.
I mix the white powder into juice.
Bronson includes a small white scoop, so you know exactly how much
vitamin C you're adding. I buy
Product #50 by the kilo, since I go
through it three times as fast as
the other one.
Stay healthy, TBO!
Blessings,
